1. Who we are

Event Souq AI is the trading brand of Best Code Trading Est. (مؤسسة رمز الأفضل للتجارة), Commercial Registration 1010824141, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We build WhatsApp-first AI systems for event companies.

2. What we collect, and why

a. When you use the form on this site

We collect the email address you type, your phone number if you choose to give one, which of the two options you picked (case file or callback), the language you were reading in, and the fact that you ticked the consent box. We use this only to send you what you asked for and to follow up about it.

b. When we contact your company first

We build our outreach list from publicly available business information — company websites, public business directories and public listings. What we hold is company-level: the business name, the city, the public business email or phone the company itself publishes for enquiries, and a note of where we found it. We do not build profiles of individuals, and we do not buy contact lists.

If you tell us your own name, mobile number or any other personal detail during a conversation, we keep it only to continue that conversation, and only for as long as it is relevant.

c. When you simply visit this site

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs (things like the page requested and the approximate region) for security and reliability. We also count visits — see the next section for exactly how, and how to turn the detailed part off.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use two layers, deliberately:

• Basic traffic counting — runs for everyone. It sets no cookies, does not follow you between sites and does not build a profile of you. It tells us how many people opened a page and roughly where from. There is nothing here to opt out of, because there is nothing identifying you.
• Google Analytics — runs only if you accept it. This one sets cookies, can recognise a returning browser, and sends data to Google, including outside Saudi Arabia. It helps us understand which parts of the site are useful. If you decline, it never loads.

We do not use advertising pixels or retargeting tags of any kind.

4. Where your data goes

We are a small firm and we use established service providers to run the basics. Each one only ever receives what it needs to do its job. Several are based outside Saudi Arabia, which means some data is transferred abroad — listed plainly here so you can judge for yourself:

We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone for their own marketing, and we never will.

5. How long we keep things

• Form enquiries: for as long as the conversation is live, and for up to 24 months afterwards in case you come back. Then deleted.
• Business contact details for outreach: reviewed regularly; removed when a company is no longer relevant to us.
• Opt-out records: kept indefinitely — on purpose. It is the only reliable way to guarantee we never contact you again by mistake. This record holds nothing beyond what is needed to recognise and suppress the contact.
• Client project data: governed by the written agreement with that client, not by this notice.

6. Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you, and where we got it;
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
• give you a copy of what you provided to us;
• delete your data;
• withdraw a consent you previously gave, at any time.

Email hello@eventsouq.ai with what you want. We aim to reply within a few working days, and we will not ask you to justify the request. If you are not satisfied with how we handled it, you can raise it with the competent authority in the Kingdom — currently the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

7. How to make us stop

Reply STOP — by WhatsApp, SMS, email, or say it on a call. That applies across every channel we might use, not just the one you replied on. We action it within 24 hours, send one short confirmation, and then you will not hear from us again.

8. Children

This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting people we already hold data about will be communicated directly.
